Event Terms and Conditions
I acknowledge that all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable between events. I have reviewed all event logistics and confirmed that I am purchasing the correct signature event ticket for myself and/or guests. This ticket does not allow access to the 7-day festival discounted signature cocktails unless an All-Inclusive Festival Pass is purchased. I understand that no one under the age of 21 will be admitted to any event (including infants and children in child carriers and strollers). I understand that I (and all ticketed attendees) will drink and act responsibly during the festival and I waive all claims and potential claims against the event organizers, restaurants, bars, and their affiliated companies relating to such damage and risks.
I acknowledge that I (and all ticketed attendees) will comply with Atlanta Cocktail Week’s Health and Safety Protocols. I understand that these protocols are subject to change based on CDC, DHEC, and state/federal guidelines.
Photography and Filming Authorization
I acknowledge that Atlanta Cocktail Week will be photographing and filming during the festival. I authorize that myself and my guests may be photographed or filmed while in attendance. I allow Atlanta Cocktail Week to use this in a variety of marketing avenues including but not limited to, brochures, website, social media, and general promotion of the festival.
Health and Safety Authorizations
I acknowledge that I (and all special event attendees) are required to provide proof of complete vaccination against COVID-19 or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test. If you have not been vaccinated, a COVID-19 test must have been taken within 72 hours of the event, confirming a negative status.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending Cocktail Week Events and Venues during Atlanta Cocktail Week, I expressly agree to comply with any and all rules and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers, and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.
Communication Authorization
I acknowledge that Pop-Ups For A Purpose will send pre-event correspondence containing important Atlanta Cocktail Week details and Health and Safety logistics. I agree to share this information with all guests I am purchasing tickets on behalf of.
